Yorkshire MESMAC is one of the oldest and largest sexual health organisations in the country. They offer services to various communities including men who have sex with men, BME people, people misusing drugs, sex workers and LGBTQ young people and adults.

Yorkshire MESMAC offers free, rapid and confidential HIV testing, as well as free condoms and lubricant, 1:1 support and support groups.

They have strong roots in West Yorkshire, with bases in Leeds, Bradford, Hull, Rotherham, Wakefield, York and North Yorkshire.

Yorkshire MESMAC is part of a group of services. SAGE is a social and support group for LGBT people over 50 based in Leeds, while in Bradford and Wakefield respectively, the OUR and Begin projects are social support agencies for people living with HIV, their families, friends and carers. MESMAC also run or host a number of LGB&T* support groups across the Yorkshire region.
