Text and Online Postal Kits
Text and Online postal kits are only available to people aged 15-24 living in Leeds. Testing kits can test for both Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea. All our postal kit services are provided by Preventx (www.preventx.com). Text’s to this service are charged at the normal rate. Up to 3 text messages required to complete the process. Text’s from over 24’s or out of Leeds (non Local Authority postcode) will still be charged – no postal kit will be issued. Postal kits are normally delivered within 7 days.
No other online testing kit is available from Leedssexualhealth.com. All other STI tests are carried out in services. See STI section for more details.
Text and Online Postal Kits – Prize Draw Terms and Conditons
A year’s supply is one box of 144 Durex Pleasuremax Condoms donated by Durex. One winner per month. One entry per person is permitted per month. Draw takes place on the 1st working day of every month. Entries in the draw are from the tests/entries received the month previously. Only clients who have requested and undertaken an online or text test will be entered. You have to return the completed test to be entered in the draw. ONLY Postal testing kits kits provided by Preventx services ‘freetest.me’ or ‘Text to Test 60777’ will not be included in the prize draw. Only people aged 16-24 with a Leeds postcode can enter. Condoms will be sent out by post or collection can be organised. All names and details of the prize draw winners will remain confidential. Winners will be notified by details supplied with test. The first draw date of this prize draw will be 1st March 2012 – it will continue monthly until December 2012 unless otherwise stated .
