Online Postal Kits
Online postal kits are only available to people aged 15-24 living in Leeds. Testing kits can test for both Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea. No other online testing kit is available from Leedssexualhealth.com. All other STI tests are carried out in services. See STI section for more details.
Test for a Ticket – November 2009
The prize draw for this competition will take place on the 10th December 2009. Your completed test must be returned no later than the 5th December 2009 to ensure entry. Five pairs of tickets will be available for the Leeds ONLINE part of this competition. You can only be entered by returning a completed testing kit. You have to be aged 15-24 and must have a Leeds postcode. Only one test entry per person. ONLY tests requested via the url www.leedssexualhealth.com/test-for-a-ticket wll be entered into the draw. Test requests entered via www.leedssexualhealth.com/chlamydia-testing may not count as part of this competition. Please note that NHS Leeds does not endorse or recommend any products or organisations associated with this promotion.
Sex Factor Competition (Facebook) Dec 2009 – Feb 2010
The prize draw for this competition will take place on the 1st February 2010. There will be only one winning entry that will be awarded a prize of an iPod Touch (8GB) and one box of Durex 144 condoms (Pleasuremax). The prize will be sent out in the post or collection can be organised. Entries to the prize draw will only be selected from people who are on the Facebook ‘Leeds Sexual-Health’ friends list on the date of the prize draw. Members of the Facebook group LeedsSexualHealth.com will not be entered. One name will be drawn at random and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified through Facebook e-mail. Winners must be from Leeds and aged 16 and above. NHS Leeds employees and their family members are not eligible to win. NHS Leeds does not endorse any of the products featured in this draw.
Online Postal Kit – Prize Draw Terms and Conditons
A year’s supply is one box of 144 Durex Pleasuremax Condoms donated by Durex. One winner per month. Draw takes place on the 1st working day of every month. Entries in the draw are from the tests/entries received the month previously. Only clients who have requested and undertaken an online test will be entered. You have to return the completed test to be entered in the draw. Only people aged 16-24 with a Leeds postcode can enter. Condoms will be sent out by post or collection can be organised. All names and details of the prize draw winners will remain confidential. Free condoms are available from a number of services across the city – refer to www.leedssexualhealth.com for more information. The first draw date of this prize draw will be November 3rd 2008 – it will continue monthly until otherwise stated. Leedsfreecondoms.com is a URL of Leedssexualhealth.com. The site provides information about where to access free condoms in Leeds. Free condoms are not available via post. Free condoms are available via the C-Card scheme which is for under 25’s only or via Contraception and Sexual Health clinics for over 25’s. This site is only advertised at Leeds United Football Club.
